Hello! I'm David Anderson.

I currently work at the Mozilla Corporation on the JIT compilers for Firefox's JavaScript engine. Try out Firefox and support the open web!

Projects I am actively involved in:

• Mozilla - JavaScript engine stuff.
• SourceMod - Scripting for HL2. We wrote our own JIT+VM for this!
• Metamod:Source - Nicer C++ API for HL2 plugins.
• AlliedModders - The umbrella programming group I maintain.

The following are mature/stable projects that I now only maintain on a need-basis:

• AMX Mod X - Scripting for HL1; mature/stable.
• Metamod - C API for HL1 plugins.
• CSDM - Gameplay mod for CS 1.6.
• CS:S DM - Gameplay mod for CS:S.
• Stripper:Source - Map entity rewriting for Source.

I am not a member of these, but they're interesting!

• Pawn/Small - Backend scripting engine we used for AMX Mod X (and rewrote for SourceMod).
• Admin-Mod - Predecessor of almost all Half-Life plugins.
• ACM Sin Lab - Used to sysadmin here.

I enjoy Go, though I am not very good. It is a fascinating game which originated in ancient China. Try it out! The pattern you see below is a "ko," analagous to an infinite loop.
